Dr. Xiaoliang Yuan serves as the Deputy Dean of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship School at Shenyang Pharmaceutical University, where he is recognized as an Associate Professor and Master’s Supervisor with a strong academic foundation in management. He has an extensive research footprint, having led multiple provincial and municipal initiatives supported by departments of science, technology, and education, while also contributing to numerous additional projects across national and regional platforms. His scholarly achievements include publishing more than several dozen papers in SCI, EI, CSSCI, and Peking University Core journals, authoring a national-level project completion report, and writing a scholarly book. Dr. Yuan’s research spans pharmaceutical innovation systems, regional innovation capability, digital innovation, collaborative innovation frameworks, and online public opinion governance in food and drug safety. His contributions have earned him significant recognition, including provincial and municipal awards in social sciences. In addition to his research leadership, he has actively shaped decision-making consultations within science and technology think tanks. Zhu Baofu, Ph.D., is a professor and master's supervisor specializing in cosmetic science, natural product chemistry, and supramolecular drug delivery. His research primarily focuses on the extraction, separation, structural modification, and functional application of natural active ingredients, with additional expertise in the self-assembly of supramolecular compounds driven by weak intermolecular interactions. He investigates how these self-assembled systems can be engineered for advanced drug delivery and controlled-release applications, contributing to innovation at the interface of pharmacy, cosmetics, and biomaterials. He has published more than 20 SCI-indexed research articles, secured three invention patents, and led ten scientific research projects funded at provincial and ministerial levels. His academic contributions include co-editing four textbooks related to fragrances, flavors, cosmetic efficacy evaluation, and pharmaceutical sciences, as well as participating in the compilation of a national blue book summarizing China’s achievements in cosmetic science research. His work has been recognized through major awards, including a Second-Class Science and Technology Progress Award at the provincial level. Beyond research, he provides academic leadership through editorial service and participation in professional expert committees, contributing significantly to the advancement of cosmetic science and pharmaceutical innovation in China.
