Dr. Xiaoliang Yuan serves as the Deputy Dean of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship School at Shenyang Pharmaceutical University, where he is recognized as an Associate Professor and Master’s Supervisor with a strong academic foundation in management. He has an extensive research footprint, having led multiple provincial and municipal initiatives supported by departments of science, technology, and education, while also contributing to numerous additional projects across national and regional platforms. His scholarly achievements include publishing more than several dozen papers in SCI, EI, CSSCI, and Peking University Core journals, authoring a national-level project completion report, and writing a scholarly book. Dr. Yuan’s research spans pharmaceutical innovation systems, regional innovation capability, digital innovation, collaborative innovation frameworks, and online public opinion governance in food and drug safety. His contributions have earned him significant recognition, including provincial and municipal awards in social sciences. In addition to his research leadership, he has actively shaped decision-making consultations within science and technology think tanks.
