dezső l. beke began his academic journey in debrecen, hungary, attending secondary school from 1960 to 1964. he then pursued a degree in physics at l. kossuth university, debrecen, where he earned his master's degree in 1969. his passion for physics was evident early on, as he continued his studies to obtain his doctor of science degree in 1975 and later earned the prestigious candidate of physics degree from the hungarian academy of sciences in 1981.
