Yvonne Brunetto is a Professor of Management and Human Resource Management at Southern Cross University, where she works in the School of Business and Tourism. She earned her PhD in Management and has devoted her career to researching the individual and organisational determinants of employee performance, commitment, wellbeing and resilience across public and private sectors — including nurses, police officers, engineers and other professional workers in multiple countries.
