In May 1993, he traveled to the United Kingdom to further his education. He earned his Master of Science degree in Animal Production from Aberdeen University, Scotland, in July 1995. Continuing his academic endeavors, he pursued a Ph.D. in Veterinary Medicine at The Royal Veterinary College, University of London, UK.
