Dr. Awanish Kumar's journey into biotechnology began with an m.sc. in biotechnology from devi ahilya university, indore, where he graduated with first division honors, securing an impressive 75.9%. his thirst for knowledge and passion for research led him to pursue a ph.d. at the prestigious jawaharlal nehru university (jnu), new delhi, and the central drug research institute (cdri), lucknow. during this time, he delved deeply into biotechnology, laying a strong foundation for his future research in antifungal therapeutics and microbial biology.
