Dr. Mushtaq Muhammad umer was born in pakistan on may 26, 1986. his journey in academia began with a strong foundation in software engineering. he completed his bachelor's degree in software engineering from the university of azad jammu & kashmir, muzaffarabad, in 2011. eager to further his expertise, he pursued a master's degree in software engineering at bahria university, islamabad, which he successfully completed in 2015. his quest for knowledge led him to china, where he embarked on a ph.d. in control science and engineering at southwest university of science & technology (swust), mianyang. from 2018 to 2024, he dedicated himself to advanced research, developing a deep understanding of computational systems and control methodologies.
